What is your jewelry made of?
Our fashion jewelry is primarily made of silver and gold plated base metal, (all of which are nickel and lead compliant), acrylic, glass, crystal, cubic zirconias, and some natural stone beads. Our sterling silver pieces are all .925 silver, or 14k gold vermeil (a thick layer of 14k gold, at least 1.5mm over sterling silver). All “Little Girls” jewelry is sterling silver or gold vermeil.
What is your return policy?
At Onyx & Blush, your satisfaction is our top priority. We happily accept unworn merchandise within 30 days. If your return is made within 14 days, you can receive a full refund or store credit on all qualifying orders. After 14 days, only store credit will be issued. We do not accept any returns after 30 days. Items that break prior to wear or have any product defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement. Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms and nameplates, are handmade to order and FINAL SALE only. Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only. Return shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized. Please email us at email@example.com prior to returning an item to receive authorization.
What is the best way to care for my jewelry?
Please be aware that all fashion jewelry (and sterling silver!!) will tarnish over time. This is not a defect in the product but a result of exposure to chemicals in the air. There are certain elements and environments that can cause your jewelry to tarnish at a faster rate. However, with proper care and cleaning techniques, your jewelry can be restored to its original luster. Please avoid direct contact with heat, oil, water, chlorine, grease (makeup), alcohol (perfume, solvents) and other abrasive products as we cannot assume responsibility for the eventual deterioration and mishandling of the product. Please wipe your jewelry carefully with a dry polishing cloth to keep it clean and free of these elements that cause oxidation. Store your jewelry in a plastic bag when not being worn, and follow this simple rule of thumb – your jewelry should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at the end of the day. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a gift card with its amount. We can either email you the gift card or mail you a hard copy (shipping fees apply). After we receive your request, we will send you an invoice via paypal.
Do you offer a pick-up option for local customers?
Unfortunately, all purchases made online will be subject to shipping fees and not available for in-store pick up. However, local customers are welcome to schedule an appointment to shop in the store. Please email us at email@example.com or call 917-710-7305 to schedule your appointment.
When can I expect my package?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. All packages are sent via USPS regular mail. Please allow up to 7-10 business days after package has shipped for arrival. You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped.
What if I need to expedite shipping?
Last minute gift? Have an event tomorrow night and you just changed your whole outfit? We get it!! Please email us before you place your order at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request to expedite shipping and we will work our hardest to get your package to you on time. Please note additional fees will apply.
An item I want is out of stock, can I place an order for it?
Very often, pieces such as statement necklaces, colorful items, and seasonal jewelry are one of a kind, and will not be restocked. Similarly, due to its unique beauty, natural stone necklaces in the Occasions Collection are one of a kind and will not be restocked exactly as pictured. However, many of our more classic pieces can always be ordered. If you would like to order a certain item, simply click on “request more” for that item and fill out the form. We will contact you as soon as the item has been restocked or to let you know that item is no longer available. We do our best to update the website and remove any items that are no longer in stock. Additionally, we are constantly updating our website and adding new items – so check back often to see the latest styles and added collections!!
