Returns

At Onyx & Blush, your satisfaction is our top priority. We happily accept unworn merchandise within 14 days for exchange or store credit.  We do not accept any returns after 14 days.  Items that break prior to wear or have any product defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement. Please note that refunds will only be issued on damaged items.  Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms and nameplates, are handmade to order and FINAL SALE only. Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only. Return shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized. Please email us at onyxandblush@gmail.com prior to returning an item to receive authorization.
